You should look for better Bureau or the state to check complaints against that dentist or dentist office. If there are a lot of complaints against that office or their service then it would be best not to take up the job.
Dental Assistants need to complete their certification too in most states within 3 months after they complete the program. They cannott appear for the CDA test until they complete the program. The CDA ensures the patients that all staff in the dental office are professionally trained. People get more comfort and better treatment from trained and experienced Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant testing takes place in two stages. First one is written where you have to answer basic questions about dental care and sanitation. Second part is the practicals and typically a state officer will test your practical knowledge about care and sanitation.
